With a background in law and finance, years ago, Jeff identified the opportunity to acquire private businesses with long-term track records of positive cash flow at attractive valuations. Since that time, Jeff has been involved with buying and selling businesses, and advising clients on the acquisition and divestiture of dozens of private market transactions.

Business Brokerage
We primarily assist "baby-boomers" approaching retirement whom have operated positive cash-flow generating "old economy" type businesses whom wish to cease operating, divest their business, and transition towards retirement or semi-retirement. We have a suite of professional advisors
We have a database of entrepreneurial and well-capitalized buyers to facilitate these transactions.
Private Equity
Periodically, we will take full ownership or partner with our buyer clients to take minority positions in private market transactions.
Private Credit
We assist our business owner clients in securing financing from third party institutions, including through the Canada Small Business Financing Loan Program, or we participate in debt financing where creative structures, speed, or ease of transaction, are paramount considerations.
